All our listings are scheduled to sell our items at the maximum possible price. Our listings were scheduled to be sent up at 9:30pm ET so bidders from both the east coast and west coast can bid during regular hours. Wednesday happens to be Ebay's one-day sale, which should have benefited us. Instead we spent over $350 in ebay fees and additional Vendio Fees to have our listings erroneously sent up at 3:10AM ET. Our customer base in the east coast and west coast are asleep during this time. Due to the lack of bidders there is a high probability our items would be sold at cost. Obviously all of this is due to Vendio's site issues and not selected by us. The time the listings go up are selected by us the seller which is critical in our line of business. It's not some random function determined by a mindless program. It has resulted in hard working sellers accruing substantial fees which otherwise we would never have suffered. We should not be responsible for those fees, rectify this.
