Hi, for the past two weeks I have been having problems relisting more than one item at a time.
Something at vendio has changed!
I used to be able to go to my closed auctions, check off the items I wanted to relist, make changes to any of all of them and submit them to ebay.
What happens now is I make my list, when I have finished editing the first one of my list, I return and schedule, but instead of returning to my list for the next item, (which is what used to happen), now I cannot go back to my list.
The only option is to go back to the control panel.
Please let me know what has been changed and if you have a workaround for this.
One of the reasons I have stayed with vendio is the ability to bulk relist, especially on reduced fee days.

Hello,

I tried this in my account and it worked correctly. Please be sure you using this work flow:

1. Select the listings you would like to relist.
2. Click the "Relist" button.
3. Click the "Edit" link for the first listing that you would like to edit.
4. Make your changes.
5. Click the "Save" button at the bottom of the page.
6. Set the scheduled time for the first listing.
7. Click the "Edit" link for the second listing that you would like to edit and repeat the steps.
8. After you have edited all of your listings click the "Relaunch" button.

If you are already following these steps and having that problem, please first try clearing your browser cache. If that does not help, let us know at exactly which step you are running into trouble.

Hi Nathan, I believe the problem happens when I preview the changes, then save, schedule and then somehow the system takes me back to all closed items instead of my list.
Since I clear my cache every other day and this has been happening during the last two weeks something has changed.
I have been using vendio for many years and I can bulk relist in my sleep but something has changed.
Could you please try going through your procedure but previewing after changes, then saving, and scheduling.

Hello,

After doing your preview of the listing, try using the back button on your browser once to leave the preview screen. Then click the "Save" button and continue with the process.

Hi Nathan, that seems to work.
However, using my back button instead of the return button is not the way the relist procedure used to work.
So something has changed in recent vendio programming.
Please note that I have been bulk relisting my items for years in the same way. I have not changed anything so vendio may have made a change that affected this procedure.
I will use the workaround, but in the meantime would you please check with your prgrammers to see if you can find out what has changed?
