I received some emails early this morning from eBay stating that my Gallery images are not generating for the items I listed last night through Vendio. I viewed a few of the auctions and my photos are showing in the listing but the Gallery images are not on the search pages. Is there any way I can fix this?

Now that the Vendio hosted photos are working, I found if I just click on the link in the email from eBay about the Gallery pix not showing up, it takes me right to the edit your gallery item page...already pre-filled in.
Click on "Continue" to get to the detail page.
Then just click on the url to activate the change button, hit the change button, and it is fixed

Much easier than inputting item numbers and photo urls.

Hope this helps you.

Regards,
Susan

A dear person on the EA forum provided the solution.I did 42 in about 20 minutes , working as fast as I could

Go to the addy above ,it works .
Just tap inside the photo URL and then click change , wait until it says done, then click the change another gallery photo slot.
I got great support from Tom on VD_EA forum.
VD never offered ANY solution, suggestion , answer to the problem... it was my problem , not theirs .

I guess they should hire Tom
All is well in my world.
Except for the moola, I lost

Hello all,

To fix the Gallery image in your listing, please follow these steps:

1. Go to the listing on eBay
2. Sign in to your eBay account, and click the 'Revise your item' link
3. In the section labeled 'Bring your item to life with pictures', click the 'Add Pictures' button
4. The popup will confirm the URL of the image you submitted. Leave this in tact, and just click the 'Insert Pictures' button
5. Click 'continue' at the bottom of the page
6. Click 'submit revisions' at the bottom of the next page

After taking these steps, eBay will reimport the available Gallery image for this item. Note that it can take a few hours for eBay to update their Gallery image database, so the Gallery image may not be available immediately.

If you have any trouble doing this, please let us know.

We apologize for this inconvenience. We pride ourselves on the reliability of our services, and we will be taking steps to eliminate this type of problem.

Best regards,

Diana

Thankyou wgonzales and deur1...your method worked the best and the fastest. The Gallery images were viewable immediately after I did it! I'm SO glad I didn't have to go and "revise" each auction! Thanks again!
