I launched an auction moments ago to test to see if gallery would show. It does!
VD has ignored that auctions listed during the TOTAL mess still do not have gallery showing. eBay sent emails saying it was VD not connecting ... have many many of those emails in my box.
It is apparent the only way to get my gallery pictures to show is to MANUALLY do it myself! I will have to go into each auction and try .
THANKS, VD another waste of my time.
Time = money. Guess who is not making any -MOI!

Well well well, I cannot fix them. I cannot get them to show even manually.
VD can I expect a check for compensation for this?
I will even do the math 42 times .35 = $14.70
to cover gallery photos?
Of course that is not counting the damages done not have any photos showing for over 12 hours.
Gallery photos not showing on auctions posted during the alleged intermittent outage .

I can't fix them either. I have 26 with gallery errors. I am owed $9.10. Plus the estimated $100-$125(low estimate) lost bids from last nights problem. Please let me know how you plan to pay this. Thanks.

Hello all,
To fix the Gallery image in your listing, please follow these steps:
1. Go to the listing on eBay
2. Sign in to your eBay account, and click the 'Revise your item' link
3. In the section labeled 'Bring your item to life with pictures', click the 'Add Pictures' button
4. The popup will confirm the URL of the image you submitted. Leave this in tact, and just click the 'Insert Pictures' button
5. Click 'continue' at the bottom of the page
6. Click 'submit revisions' at the bottom of the next page
After taking these steps, eBay will reimport the available Gallery image for this item. Note that it can take a few hours for eBay to update their Gallery image database, so the Gallery image may not be available immediately.
If you have any trouble doing this, please let us know.
We apologize for this inconvenience. We pride ourselves on the reliability of our services, and we will be taking steps to eliminate this type of problem.

Okay, I've done it manually for the nine ads I put up last night. So far, the pictures still fail to show, but I know that might take awhile. I just feel sorry for the folks who put up a lot of ads last night! Does anyone know of another service like Vendio that does a better job? Marshall

carguy - this probably isn't the place to discuss other services since it's Vendio's forum. Try posting on eBay Seller Central Discussion Board (make sure you mention that your issue is Vendio's unreliability) - or the Store Seller's Board (if you have a Store) - you will get lots of recommendations. There are lots of services out there - some are even free and at least as reliable as Vendio. This year it would be hard to find any of them as UNRELIABLE as Vendio.
