I haven't launched or scheduled any auctions since my last post on the 26th when I was getting the error message in eBay preview. I am still getting the error message and when I first went to the eBay preview, the whole top part of the page was missing (starting at the eBay fees and the whole preview of the auction itself). It showed the error message: "error [04/01/08 12:11:30] [account_id=*******] Could not get gallery preferences from db". And then directly after that was the "Promote More Items" section. I went back and tried again and I got the page back starting with the eBay fees and the auction preview but the error message is still there. Back on the 26th, my auctions did launch correctly so I will schedule some for tonight...hopefully no problems will arise. In the meantime, could you try and get this resolved? Error messages make me wonder what's up.

The gallery error message you can ignore, it's just an error with the preview page. We have a fix ready to go that will remove the message for future listings and we hope to push that shortly.
