I have two orders that I am trying to combine. The buyer purchased two items on Aug 7th and the 13th, and I combined them at that time. They were planning on purchasing other items, which they did on Sept 7th & 11th- that order was combined. Now I am trying to combine both of the two orders together. When I do a search for combinable items (for up to 60 days) it comes back with no items to combine. The buyer has used the same email for all items. I thought I remembered that I have combined orders that have already been combined before. Do I have to 'un-combine' all of the separate items? This was two orders...two items in first order (ORDER 994581957) and 4 items in the second order (ORDER 997571419).

Hello,

Items in an order already cannot be combined with any other individual items. You would need to uncombine them both before you can add all of those items into their own (new) order.

Regards,
Chris
