If I try to log on to AW and go to Sales Manager I time out. I can click on the community tab and here I am but when I try to get to Sales Manager the page will not load.

Tara: I can log into AW but cannot upload images - problem all afternoon, and even now after "restoration." Any hints? HELP. Very Very frustrating.

Sonya: Good to hear from you! I'm at my wit's end. Right before your system failure, I uploaded 3 pictures. During and THEN AFTER (when problem was corrected??),and up until this moment, I cannot upload pictures. I get a box from Netscape which says in so many words that the connection failed, try connecting again. I've done that 8 times now and still cannot upload.
I'm not doing anything differently, and my photos are where they've always been, so I'm at a loss. Hope you can help! (You usually do.) Adele

Hi Adele,
I just tried uploading on Netscape and did not run into any problems. The problem could be your internet connection -- try logging out of AW, and reconnecting to the internet. See if the upload works then. If it doesn't, I recommend contacting your ISP to see if they are having any problems with uploads and see maybe if they can give you a new access number to try. If after all of this, you continue to run into trouble, let us know.

Yay, it's working now! Reconnecting to the internet did not work, but tonight (9 p.m.) it's uploading just fine. You're probably right that it was my ISP (darn them--they've been having a LOT of problems lately). So now I am Very Relieved and thank you so much for your advice. Adele
