AW CSR Please Help,

I Have two auction that were completed, but it did not import the email addresses of the winning bidders and I'm not sure why...

I have included the following information from my post sale menu of the affected auctions.

72209376 iPAQ 36XX-37XX 3pc USB Sync/Charge Travel Kit 02/09/03

72209382 Sony Clie T NR 3pc USB Sync/Charge Travel Kit 02/09/03

Please advise what has happened and how to fix.

Hello,

Did you do anything to them manually? I checked, but both were displaying the winning bidders email address.
