Good Morning!
I have an auction that I normally run as a dutch auction @ .99 ea, with shipping $3.95 for up to 24 widgets.
This time I ran this auction as a fixed price listing....50 widgets at .99 each.
At my checkout, customers are being charged shipping at the rate of $3.95 per widget, discounted after the first widget. So, shipping charges are coming up at $18.95 for 6 widgets.
Is there any way that I can change the shipping charges so that my minimum is $3.95 and the additional shipping per item and anything over 24 widgets are charged shipping at $1.00 per additional 24?
You can use the Shipping Discount option that is in My Account > Global Preferences. Unfortunately, the dutch auction shipping option does not cover multiple fixed price, so this would be the only workaround. Let me know if you have any questions about this.

Perhaps AW should look into this problem. If one lists small widgets, there would HAVE to be a minimum shipping charge.
Also, if I change the shipping discount in my global preferences, wouldn't this affect the discount in all of my auctions and storefront orders?
I will pass this thread along to Product Development regarding adding Fixed Price as an option similar to the dutch auction combined shipping feature.
The shipping discount is global, so yes, it would affect anything that your customers combined themselves. If you combine something, you can always change the shipping for the order yourself.
