I was doing some maintenance on my post sales and marked some passed shipments as shipped - the shipping notice was sent to these customers -some had already received the item and left me FB. I feel a bit silly now sending them a notice that I have shipped the item.
I don't recall ever checking the auto key for this but now I just want to send them a little note explaining that I made an error. How do I use the FB reminder key? I never ask for FB so I just changed it for this error and want to send them all at one time? Help

If you go to Post Sale to the Awaiting Feedback section, you will see that you can send your feedback reminder to your customers in bulk. Let me know if you have any trouble doing this.
