When I attempt to create a new auction listing I cannot find the picture to go with the auction, even though I have uploaded the picture. Please explain how I find the proper picture for a new auction listing.. Thank You

Hello,

You should see a list of your images in the Attach Image box -- it is the section right underneath Item Description, on the Create Listing page. You have it set to sort images in alphabetical order so you should be able to find it fairly easily.

Regards,

Sonya

Hi, I understand that. But My pictures I upload are given a new file name. For example I just uploaded a piture titled 25673. When I went to Post a new auction I cannot find this picture because it has a new file name.

Hello,

There is no technology in place that would even allow a renaming to take place. They should have the exact same filenames as they do on your end.

When you go to the Image Hosting tab, can you find that image, but with a different name?

Hello,

Are you just trying to attach it, or use it as a gallery image?

Note that you can only add Jpegs to the gallery, so if all of your images are Gifs, you will not see them in the drop down menu for the gallery.

Hello,

What is the name of the image that you can locate in your image hosting tab, but cannot when trying to attach an image to a listing?

I would like to test this for you directly in your account.

Hello,

I used one of your new listings in the pending section, and titled it 25673. I was able to locate this image in the list and attach it.

It was further down in the list alphabetically, right after those imported image filenames. Once you scroll past all of those long imported files, you will see the ones you actually uploaded, appearing alphabetically.

I just looked and they are still not there.. Funny how they are there for you but not me.. I saw your test and you did find them, so they must be somewhere.
