I just noticed in a listing that instead of " or' there are question marks. Why and how do I make it go away? Thanks.

Hello,

It sounds like an HTML conflict, unless you are placing this into the title or someplace where eBay may not support the symbol. Let us know an item number where this happened to check into further for you.
