I am really getting FRUSTRATED WITH VENDIO/EBAY.
I know have another auction that won't relist.
All I did was change the title and the price.
That usually isn't a problem.
This auction qualifies for relist w/out charge.
It has been almost 3 weeks and counting.
WHEN is VENDIO and EBAY going to get the act together?
Just how difficult is it to CHECK THIS PROBLEM?
I have contacted Ebay.
I have written and keep getting...we are checking with EBAY to resolve this.
Maybe ebay doesn't want to help since they want us to use THEIR service.
I want answers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello,

I am not ignoring your post, I was checking on the issue for you. Unfortunately you are the only one at this time who is experiencing this problem. We would like to work with you further on this so that we can get down to the bottom of it and solve this but we have some questions for you. How were these items originally created? Were any of them imported items? I understand that you said before you only changed the BIN price -- does that go for all three currently in pending? Did you at any point change the format from an ebay store or fp item to a regular auction? They are relists, when did the originals close?

The last item in pending closed yesterday.
The others are several weeks old.
I did not change or import.
I created all auctions on VENDIO, as always.
I only changed the price on the last item.
I have answered these same questions several times.
What does the shipping error have to do with what price I have?

Please give me a phone number so I can call tech support.
That might help speed things a bit.

Thanks for the extra information, I've forwarded it to engineering. Were any of those items changed from FP? We are unfortunately not set up for phone support at this time, but I will email you shortly to obtain your phone number in case we need it. We will continue to follow up on it with you.

I do not use FIXED PRICE unless Ebay offers a promotion.
I have forwarded the requested info through the VENDIO email sent to me.

This is not an isolated problem. I tried to relist a dress tonight. I have tried 4-5 times. Keep getting error. VD needs to get online with Ebay or help the consumers that are using their service.

I was informed that I was the ONLY person having this problem on the VENDIO site.

Unfortunately, you cannot call them to work through the situation.

I am glad that someone else is having problems.
Others, please feel free to add your name to the list.

Maybe they will read this and take less than 3 weeks to fix it if others report it.

Hello,

Shadowwand -- the error you are getting is not the same error that "liveinjeans" is receiving. The error you are getting is on attributes. I have tested the category for your item, please try and resubmit it again. If it errors again, let me know, and let me know if it is a relist and if you changed anything on the listing.

Liveinjeans -- you are the only customer who is having this problem right now. As we have said many times, we are not ignoring you -- being the only person with the problem does not mean that it will take weeks to fix it. We are actively working on a fix for the problem.

It is a relist and I changed it from 2 catigories to 1 catigory, also added Gallery. Please help to rectfy this problem.

Hello,

If this is the item titled '1950 DESIGNER SCOTTISH...' - go ahead and resubmit. I checked the eBay preview and it looks like it will launch without error now.
