In "Awaiting Checkout" view there is a log for WBNs, but I don't see any of the WBN Reminders I've sent in those logs. Do just WBNs show up in this log?

I know I sent some WBN Reminders on 10-15, but I don't see any record of them. If the reminders don't show up in the log, how do I keep track?

Also, "Awaiting Checkout" items also show up in "Awaiting Payment" View, it would be helpful to be able filter out the "Awaiting Checkout", or be able to view the WBN Log in "Awaiting Payment" View.

Hello,

Only the number of times you sent a WBN will be counted. Unfortunately reminders do not get counted. Which items are showing up in both Awaiting Payment and Awaiting Checkout?

Hi Sonya,

All items that are "Awaiting Checkout" also show up in "Awaiting Payment". Customers that have not responded at all need to be handled differently than those whose payment is late. Unfortuantley the way this is set up, I have to go into each item to see what needs to be done (if anything at all). It's made more difficult since the WBN log isn't accesable in the "Awaiting Payment" view, but that feature is nearly useless anyway since it doesn't record WBN Reminders.

Do I understand correctly: WBN reminders do not get CC'd and are not logged, so there is no record that they were sent?

If this is true, the only way to record WBN Reminders is to manually enter a note?

Hello,

An item will show in both Awaiting Payment and Checkout if neither has been completed by the buyer.

The WBN reminder does not get recorded the way the send WBN gets logged in Post Sale. You could manually enter a note, if you would like to keep track of them.
