I'm rather new to the Vendio program. I started using it for the last dozen auctions I've posted. It's been very practical so far.
I'd like to make a suggestion which would help those of us who use eBay as a primary/secondary business venture.
Any company I've worked for in the commerce field has had the policies or terms/conditions printed on the invoice. This is a standard practice. I recommend that Vendio have its engineers modify the invoice/packing slip to include a field that can be modified to add terms/conditions or policies. This would indeed help those of us who deal in volume. Also, this is a good solution to help protect both the buyer and seller.
I'm new to the Vendio service so if this is an option and my eyes are not finding it, please point me in the right direction.
