Why is my Vendio checkout allowing international bidders to check out and use my USPS priority rate?
This has happen 4 or 5 times in the last month or so. So far I have worked it out but I can see where this could be a problem in some cases.

Hi there,
I notice that in your ebay item specifics (My Account -> item specifics-> ebay) you have the option designated to ship worldwide, although in your shipping preferences you do not have any options selected for international shipping. My inital guess is that your buyers are choosing the only options provided. Please ensure that you are offering international shipping in your preferences by going to My Account -> Shipping and Insurance.

OK I guess that's the problem. My shipping cost is always different and sometime I use a flat rate with USA sales. Can I use the international calculator when I have a fixed rate USA.
