This was really great....auction ended, bidder said he would pay....NOTHING....emailed.....bidder says he forgot money will be on its way.....NOTHING....I emailed again....next excuse.....NOTHING.....finally I have had it....want to file NON-Paying-BIDDER ALERT...what happened....45 days were gone after auction end and I could do nothing - no negative feedback, no NPB report and I have to pay the fees for listing AND the fees for ebay....next time I know better. SOUND FAMILIAR???

Type in the following URL into your internet browser, and you will be able to show all of your transactions within the last 60 days. Since it is only 45 days within end of auction, you should be able to leave the appropriate feedback. Good luck!

If you go into Services, and then click Leave Feedback on a Member, all transactions will show up, both sold items and bought, I believe it shows for 60 days. Quite a nice feature, as it shows transactions that you have not left feedback for. Hope this helps!

Thanks for all your help, I already tried this several days ago but the auction is not listed on ebay anymore....that`s the problem and I cannot leave feedback for this bidder without an item number. I am just glad that the price did not go up that high and the fee is not a biggie, but I am upset anyway, I could have relisted my item and maybe sold then.....Now that summer is "almost" over (at least for summer items on ebay" I cannot even relist this year.....

I have had this happen and dont you just love the great support you get from ebay on this.
You need that item number to leave feedback on this person. If you did not keep any records it may be tough but here are 2 other things that might help.
Hopefully you kept your ebay invoice for that month. If you know the amount you will be able to look it up and find it that way. Or if you keep your emails sent to a file, you should be able to pull it off the original email if you placed it on there.
Definatly not a perfect system and you just need to get a non payment form out in that 45 day period even if they are promising payment. I dont suspect you will ever get paid for this one, so going to do what I did, chalk it up to experience and not let yourself get caught the second time.
Good luck, if it makes you feel any better, I once got payment for a auction 3 months after it ended. Person had got suspended from ebay and I still had the items so still sold to them. I missed all those 45 day deadlines just like you as it happened about 30 days after they started that policy.

keep short accounts...NPB on day 14 and FVF credit on day 24 if not paid without exception. You still have plenty of time to neg afterward.
