I have bought a number of items thru ebay in the past and now have my first selling item.

My question is:

How do the Canadian sellers out there usually ship items? Canada Post? (which type of service?) UPS? FedEx?

Thanks
Roger

Don't use UPS. Your U.S. buyers may be required to pay additional fees before the parcel is released to them.

Hi Roger,

I am from Canada, and always use Canada Post to send my items. Depending on the size and weight of your parcel, the 'air mail small packet' rate is excellent for international sales..very good rates, and I've found very quick delivery. I have been very pleased with their service. I have not used their new express post to the US yet. I used UPS once, the buyer had me reverse the charges to her, and the large parcel arrived in two days. It was expensive though! Just my 2¢ worth!

Shoshanah: The U.S. post office does not set the fees for Canadian Post Office.

Irene

Edited to add: The last time the U.S. tried to invade Canada to take over the country, they were unsuccessful (That was in 1812.)
