How do I change a description on my item after it has been posted? I made an error on a listing and do not want to mislead my potential customers....

Hi, oneduck3....the simplest way is to go to your auction listing on Ebay, and click on "revise this auction". This will bring up a page with all the information you are able to revise. When you have made your changes click on "review" and if all is well, click on "submit".

thanks, dropover, I have tried that but EBay won't accept the revision, I thought maybe auction watch wouldn't allow it....

I'll go try again. Thanks!

oneduck3 ~ What's happening to you is very common. Just keep trying eventually it will be accepted. I don't know why that happens but it has happened to me many times.

LOL - Remember ebay's infamous advice: make sure you clear your cache before you try again else that functionality may not work.

Yu can't REVISE if it has received a bid. Then you can only ADD to your description.
