The postman just came this afternoon, and he was toting a package sent to a half.com buyer which had been returned to me since the buyer hadn't claimed it. I've fired off a "customer service inquiry form" to half.com. Sure would be much easier if they had a phone number for questions like this.
Has anyone else had this sort of problem of half.com? I'll let you know what their answer is: it will be interesting to see if their staff read the form or not. . .
