Beware Ebay's computer system has a new glitch with the relist feature. I just had a freaked out customer view the auction page she won and see, "this item has been relisted please use this link to view the new auction" courtesy of ebay's computers. I did not relist this item!
During ebay's free listing day I did have several duplicate auctions post via goto's automated listing service. I caught the double posts and ended the duplicate auctions on 12/21. Now there is link from my auction that just ended today 12/30 back to the auction that ended on 12/21! Not good.
I had one customer email saying she was planning to bid on the item, but thought the auction had closed. It's all very confusing if you don't look at the actual close date of the auction.
