From any eBay page, click on "Search" at the top of the page, then "By Bidder", enter the bidder's ID, and check the box that says "past auctions".

Capitals do mean something, they mean that it's not important to you that people be able to read your posts without eyestrain.

Do you mean mailing address?

You need to pull their user info, which is only to be used for Ebay matters. When their phone number is provided to you, they also get your contact info at the same time.

Just my 2 cents:[br]
I recently had a bidder with 0 feedback bid on a bunch of my auctions for similar items, and they really were racking up the selling price. I'll admit I was worried. I then looked up all the items they were bidding on, and found they had a few thousand dollars worth of bids. I really got worried. Long story short, they bidder not only paid, but OVERNIGHTED payment and wound up buying a ton more from me over the next few months with NO problems except for a little slower pay over the holidays. No biggie. I'm not saying you shouldn't be a bit concerned, but it might not be what you think.
