It took two days to get support from ebud after their software totally wrecked my records. And even then, since it isn't real-time interactive, my problem still isn't fixed (and as far as I can tell) won't be. Anyway, I want to talk to these wonderful people and wonder if anyone knows of a telephone # for them. Any help would be appreciated.

By the way, I would suggest (as I will be doing in the future) not dealing with any internet entity that doesn't clearly supply a telephone number. In the case of ebud, both times I've requested support it has taken way too long to reply and it just happens that the damage their software did to my business will take the longest to recover from.
