I just had two bidders try to rip me on the shipping. One didn't even pay it at all. And the other only sent half. We're talking $2.00 items here. The one with the half on shipping got dropped in the mail today. I forgot to sort it out of the pile. So I lose that one. But the other, what would you all do?

marc; if you didn't notify the buyer that you mailed it yet, what don't you ask him to send you the rest of the payment. Maybe he'll send it out before he gets the item, or who knows maybe he got your total confused with someone else's?? As for the other I would request the rest of the payment, I've had several instances especially with multiple purchases where they paid for two out of three, forgot shipping altogether etc.. I just held on to the shipment until paid in full as my shipping quote was for all not partial.

I would send them an email reminder that shipping is not included. And they need to pay it.
If they dont respond them send back their money and go through the process.....
I had a guy on yahoo bid on an item then pay though paydirect and didnt pay shipping. Paydirect in itself int clear on reminding buyers to included shipping while paying. So I emailed the guy and cancelled that transaction. Then sent a paydirect bill for the proper amount. I haven't heard from him since and its been over 2 weeks.
My item was inexpensive but on the heavy side so to just ship it would not have been cost effective for me. *shrugs*

Just kidding (but I do miss it).
I certainly would not ship until I had received payment in full. I can say that so emphatically because I have done it and learned better.

Actually, I'm not going to worry about the one I sent. It's not worth the stress for a dollar. The other guy sent a PayPal payment and I was able to deny the payment and request he send the correct total. We'll see.
