They had a little lesson on how to fake cabinet cards by using a colored copy machine technique. They also showed to detect the phoneys.

I tried to look on their website pbs.org and the Antiques Roadshow webpage doesn't have information on it. I know there are cabinet cards on eBay. Haven't searched to find the definition of "cabinet cards."

BTW they are similar to real photo postcards...
