Today I received a EOA from ebay for a BIN item.The same buyer had bought the same item earlier this week and wanted another. Instead of the usual congrats contact buyer info this is all the email contained ......( purchase price plus buyer's premium ) What the heck does that mean??? Has anyone receive this before??

I have no idea? I have not got any of those yet.
