Hello,
Longtime lurker, first time poster. When we updated to the current version of UPS Worldship, we found that all our HTML files on our hard drive had been converted from Netscape files to Internet Explorer files. Since we were using Netscape Navigator to edit the pages, they now open up as Explorer files and we can't updated/edit the pages anymore.
I Called UPS Tech support and they told me to update to a newer version and the files will convert themselves back. We did that, and nothing happened.
Anyone know of a way to convert the Explorer files back to their original Netscape format?

WARNING - FILE TYPE CHANGES ARE AT YOUR OWN RISK - ALWAYS RECORD PREVIOUS SETTINGS BEFORE CHANGING THEM.
OK, here goes:
Click on Start,
then Settings,
then choose Folder options....
Select the File Types tab...
Find HTML Document
Hilight it
Select Edit
Out of the list of actions, hilight Edit
On the menu buttons below, select Edit
RECORD WHAT IS CURRENTLY IN THERE, AS YOU MAY NEED TO REVERT BACK!
Click on Browse,
Select C:/Program Files/Netscape/Netscape.exe (every computer is slightly different - just find the Netscape.exe file, and use whatever path is on YOUR computer.
You are done for that function.
Change the "open" action the same way.
AGAIN, ALWAYS RECORD WHAT *WAS* THERE IN CASE YOU NEED TO CHANGE IT BACK.
