I sold a game last week, it went for 60+, I was planning on throwing my backup away. But can I send it with the game to the winning bidder?

There is nothing wrong with sending the back up along with the original. You just can't SELL the back-up seperately.
Just send a note along with the games and explain you are giving them the backup to the one they purchased.
