Recently I had a problem with a bidder. I wrote to Ebay and they suggested in the future I could cancel bids from bidders I didn't want. They suggested I look at the feedback of the bidder.
The problem I had this week with a bidder I could of avoided if I had checked her feedback first. Almost half of her feedback was negative and the comments fell in line with my experience with her.

Hi. After 2 years of selling, I actually canceled my first bid 2 days ago. I don't mind 0 feedback, but his went to a -3 just hours before the auction ended. I have just enough deadbeat bidders to contend with now, that I decided I didn't want to mess with this one too. I checked out his bidding history, and in a 2 week period, he had at least 40 bids on high dollar items. It didn't take me but a second to see I was right.

Right now I have a guy who has bid on several of my auctions. I am waiting for the auctions to end so I can combine shipping. For the most part his feedback is good but he does have a rep for bidding on many items and then not paying for them. I have keeping my fingers crossed he follows through.
