I listed an item on Ebay and it got a bid. I want to change the shipping amoutn to "up to $10 depending upon your adress" instead of $10. Is this possible?

When it's already got a bid on it you can't change it, but you can add on to it. Click on Services, then scroll down to 'Add to your item description'. This will put your additional info at the bottom of your sale.

you will need to add to description.

Add to Description

You'll have to log in and have the auction # ready
