Without posting all of the dirty details, I bought an item a few months ago from a seller and paid for it using PayPal funds. I have tried to work with the seller to get him to work with me on filing the insurance claim. He now claims (in a response to my negative feedback) that he sent the insurance claim ticket to me but it must be lost in the mail. I guess he didn't keep a copy of the receipt when he mailed it to me.

Over 30 days ago, I filed a complaint with PayPal regarding this seller and was asked to wait a month for PayPal to conclude their investigation. When I didn't hear anything further after the month, I inquired as to the status. I again received a form letter stating that it would take (another) 30 days to complete the investigation.

Where do I go from here?

HI dixiebee,

The process traditionally takes 30 days. Please send me the information to [email protected], as I will be able to check into it (I will not be in the office until Monday).

Thank you for your patience.
