hey,
i put up an auction on ebay and the item is there, however, it doesen't appear in the category on the ebay website. can anyone tell me what happening i set it up with auction manager and got the preview the item is: http://cgi.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1688900173
it is supposed to appear in:
Toys & Hobbies: Games: Board, Traditional Games: Chess:Vintage (Pre-1970)

The item must go through indexing before it appears in any search. I could be wrong but I think the category indexing is one of the last indexings that get done. It takes time.
Give it at least 4 hours. Then email ebay if not there.

It had only been 48 minutes from the time you started the auction untill you posted this question. It takes at least 4 hours sometimes longer to show up in listings and search.
