I have a 90 day guarantee on some of my items and my buyer said his widget broke and would like a replacement. He is in Canada -- What do I put as the value of the replacement item? He already paid customs once. Can I put value of $0.00? :?

I'd mark it as a "gift" because there is no other provision for a free replacement. I'm no expert on International though.

I agree, the replacement package is really a gift - It is not fair for them to pay a custom fee for a second time, and they did not pay for the second shipment.
