I was unable to connect Dazzle just now and went to the Endicia web site and it is not there as well. I am in Southern California. Anyone else have trouble?

As you can see, there are periodic regional outages in the Internet. We at Endicia get a call like this from a customer probably once every two days. Fortunately, these situations tend to resolve as the ISP's monitor and correct their systems.

Hi Harry - slightly off subject, but this is my first year using endicia. How do you handle the postal rate increase for the software?
Di
On a scale of 1 to 10...we'd all weigh a lot less!
Everytime DAZzle connects with our servers, it checks to see if there are any updates available. It will indicate if the update is optional or mandatory.
I suspect that in early June you will see a message indicating that an upgrade is available. The upgrade will contain the old and new rates, so you can download it at your convenience and still function with the current rates before June 30th. On June 30th the software will invoke the new rates automatically.
If you haven't downloaded this update by June 30th, your copy of DAZzle will stop providing any postage operations. Then, the download is mandatory (assuming you want to continue printing postage).
We went through a similiar cycle last July and it was very smooth.
