I really miss the good ole days when ebay sent you an end of auction notice that INCLUDED your description!!! Does anyone have any good suggestions of how to keep track of completed auctions? I mostly sell unique antiques & collectables and would like to be able to keep a record of my past descriptions, starting prices, categories and final prices.
I tried a file folder in word, but it has become too cumbersome and many, many pages long. Any suggestions??

I have used AW for the last 2 years, 800+ auctions, and love it. Yes there is a fee, but it is so easy to use, and to me well worth it!

My suggestion is to download and install SMBE. It's free, it does all that you stated plus does off-line Post Sale Management. There are minor bugs and annoyances but you get used to them -- like any program, use it for what works well. AuctionWatch support is pretty good and usually fast. You can also export auction data to spreadsheets, which is great for analyzing sales patterns and trends.
