Everytime I try to log into Ebay, I get a "cookie error" notice. I emailed AOL for tech. help. She said if my cookies were enabled,(and they are), the problem was on Ebay's end. She gave me the address for tech help from Ebay. When I entered the address, it took me to a sign in page that wouldn't let me sign in because of a "cookie error"!!!!
Any suggestions???????
Thanks!

Try clearing your cache out completly. It is probably geting hung up by something in there. Clearing it out will most likley solve the problem

If you use internet explorer 6 you might try reducing the security setting to medium . If its at high no cookies will be allowed . Medium allows cookies but no personal info tracking. Anyhow thats what my cookies for dummys book says - Good luck to ya

I'M IN!!!!
I emailed back to AOL seeing if they had any any suggestions on getting into Ebay for help. (I went to Ebay under the question "I am having trouble logging in", and it said to "Go to My Ebay, log in, and..." Arghhhhhhhh!)
AOL emailed a 5 page print out of trouble shooting guide, (they suggested I save it for future reference!). I did the first two and it worked!! It DID have to with deleting old cookie lists.
Thanks for your help!
