I have just spent a half hour browsing through my favorite category....box lots costume jewely.

I may have passed up some beautiful jewelry but will never know. Some had blurred pictures of the jewelry inside the box, so far away all you could see was the box. Some showed closeups of the jewelry, so blurred you weren't sure if you were looking at a necklace or a ring.

Some of the descriptions were extremely detailed, listing each item, with absolutely no description of the item. ie...pin 3" long

Some of the TOS were so long and threatening that I was afraid to even be reading it.

So, my question is, are sales really that slow or are some sellers expecting people to bid sight unseen on anything?

Thank you for letting me vent.

I think some people have so many items to post they don't pay attention to the quality of their descriptions or pix. Like you I have seen listings for jewelry that are completely indecipherable. But these people list so much that they are still making tons of money.
