Sent an item, the bidder never contacted me until two days ago, telling me he never recieved the item. Of course silly me, I always put a DC on items I send, but that day I had way too much to pack and ship, so i didn't put Dc. so i dont know if the guy is telling the truth or not, but I went ahead and sent him a refund. I went to file FVF, saying refund was sent, but they say it's past 45 days! I checked and looks like I missed it by 1 day! Is there anyway i can still get credit for FVF? Anybody know the proper step to let ebays know that the bidder did recieve a refund, and that I would like a credit on my FVF? Any suggestion would help. Thanks!

Contact Ebay by email, explain to them what has happened, and ask that they process the Final Value Refund for you. I missed a deadline while I was on vacation and did this and they processed the refund for me.
