This is the girl that pulled a bait-n-switch on me about 6 weeks ago. I gave her the opportunity to square the deal and she told me to shove it. Told her I was going to post neg FB, she emailed back "..bring it on..". When I did post the FB, I got a vile and disgusting email from her. I forwarded the email to safeharbor- they yawned and went back to sleep.
I've been watching her FB profile ever since and she continues to rack up the negs. At least she has nothing for sale now. Maybe she sees the handwriting on the wall about the NARU coming her way, or probably more likely, she just got another userID and is going about her usual business.

If you read his description, cut and paste the email address that they have in there and you will find another user ID but it is not a registered user. So he/she keeps coming back riping off buyers getting new IDs and eBay doesn't do a thing.

I have never tried it, but can you do a double feedback if you give the first one, then that takes you to a screen where it says you gave the feedback and then hit the back arrow and there it is again and will it give another feedback? I am not going to try it but I bet you can.

Don't know if this has anything to do with it or not, but will tell it anyway.
Some time ago, after an excellent transaction, I posted feedback for the buyer, and double-checked it (standard for me).
A couple of days later, I was in my "Find all transactions..." page, and this auction still showed as feedback I needed to leave.
So I checked again, and she had my feedback already.
I thought it would eventually go away, but it never would. So finally, to clear my page, I left her another positive feedback...and I said something to the effect that "ebay thinks she deserves another positive feedback, and so do I...".
So somewhere there is a lady with 2 positive feedbacks for the same transaction.
And it seems to me that at the time, someone else mentioned a similar glitch.
