The latest round of what Tony Soprano and the Boys would call a bunch of: "stunods"
-Buy e-mails me first thing Monday morning to berate me because his package took a week to arrive. I point out that the package (according to the UPS tracking number no less) was sent a mere 3 hours after he paid and that the item shipped from Los Angeles and he lives in MAINE!
-I've got a guy who bid on three of the same product, one auction ended yesterday, the other two ends today. He got into a bidding war with another bidder for the product ending yesterday -- the guy is a newbie, has new feedback and I can guess what's going to happen:
"Hi, I'm new to Ebay and bid on three of the same product by accident, so can you cancel the other two and just charge for me the cheapest one?"
I can tell already that this thing is going to piss me off, this item sells about 90% of the times I list it, but always with one bid or via BIN, SO, he basically took 2 possible three products off the table for me.
-One guy buys the item via BIN, now "claims" he can get it elsewhere cheaper and is now refusing to honor his original bid. Which of course means that I'll have to NPB his ass.
-Speaking of NPBs, I suspect that by the end of the month, I'll have to file about of them 10......spanning late August and Early September. I try to give people some leeway, because up until recently, everyone paid within three weeks.....but now, it seems I'm getting all these people claiming that:
-They didn't know they were bidding
-It was their little Brother
-They no longer want it
-Pay Pal doesn't work, their credit card was stolen, they're having trouble using Citibank C2it, etc, etc....and want to cancel their order -- as if this is the local eatery not an auction.

Sorry, pretegra345, but it's par for the course. Understand that creeps and timewasters are part of the business.
I file NPBs every freakin' day. Soon, so might you. I've just made it part of my daily routine.
(Does your Maine buyer live in Hollis Center? If so, I'll provide a way for you to contact me offline...there's some info you need to know.)

I didn't file any NPB forms for my last round of eBay deadbeats. I chalked it up to experience and decided to cease selling on eBay. I have gone back to being a buyer only.
pretegra ...
I can guess what's going to happen
I can tell already that this thing is going to piss me off
why get all agitated about something that might happen - there's enough real stuff happening to keep you agitated

Please add "The brat changed his mind". I spent about three hours with my 11 year old nephew lurking around the Ebay scooters. Without sniper software I had to sit there with this child before each auction close and try to manually snipe and win the auctions. Needless to say I had great difficulty getting any scooters. Finally we won a scooter of his liking and after some hassles getting a check off to a seller 3000 miles away we finally received the scooter. I was very excited, my nephew was very excited (asked me three times a day if it had arrived) we get the thing and we have to assemble it ourselves. The littleone had to do it himself because "Aunts" don't know how to do things right <G> He puts it together and finds every little imperfection, belly aches beyond reason and finally tells me he doesn't want it. For $70. I begged the seller to take it back. He did but I was sure embarrassed. The point being.... That sometimes even honest buyers have a not so reasonable excuse for returning an item. Needless to say I now make it a policy not to bid for my nephew on any Ebay items.
I now except most any excuse from my buyers if they change their mind. I just shoot the product back up to ebay and tack on the extra few dollars it cost me.
