If I am around the computer I will usually refresh my ending auctions continously in the last two or three minutes. The last few auctions I have refreshed till the end, the time has been erratic. In other words, the time may go from 1.13....to 1.17, time will increase instead of decrease as I refresh. How can this be??. Once it said "auction has ended" an then I refreshed and got 00.03....????

Computer clocks are recalculated using a chip called the GI short for gas ion. The occasional blips and spurts in time are the result of ion gas bubbles bursting or in laymens terms, computer farts!

when I did this on Sunday night, the freshly ended sales were showing up under the Items Unsold listing. I would hit the My Ebay symbol and then they would be in the Sold listing.

I think Sunday eBay has having some major problems and instead of closing they tried to band aid it until they got things fixed. It seems better now
