I realize this seems like an obvious question, but here's the situation. I sold a collectable card - listed as excellent condition, not mint. I mail it out and I get an email today saying it is not mint (she sees a couple of scratches and a bent corner) and she wants to know if she can get a mint one. Well, I don't have any more and I tried to answer her email but it kicks back to me that she is above her quota. I thought, Ok I'll go through ebay and hopefully the email will get kicked back to ebay and they'll kick her off before I get the negative - or at least then she'll figure out there's a problem with her email. Well, I click on her user ID and send her the email, but it kicks back to me again. She has no auctions running, so I can't do the ask a seller a question. How else do I get the message to kick back into ebay's system?

If her email box is full that's it until she empties it. She may not be aware that it is even full.

Go to Ebay and pull her contact info. Each of you will get a copy of the contact info for both of you from Ebay. The copy they send her will kick back to them. If this doesn't get her bounced, you can use the phone number you got to call her and explain the situation.

The light at the end of the tunnel will turn out to be an oncoming train.

If her email address is the same as the one ebay has well then it would do no good to pull her contact information because it would bounce back, but then it will alert ebay that she can't be contacted and she might be NARU. You can go into her closed seller auctions and use an old auction to ask her a question, that is if the email address is different than the one you have. You will beable to find if they are the same by going into a closed auction of hers, if she also is a seller, and ask her a question and you will also get a copy of that then you can check her email address.

To send an email through ebay, you justclick on the username. You can go to the auction listing where you sold it or any other ebay page that would show the user name.

She must have cleaned out her email because she emailed me back late this afternoon. She's sending the card back for a refund, but I still smell a neg on the horizon. Like in the other thread - it's that time of year.
