I am listing a spoon for Louisiana. Some of the symbols I can figure out, but what is that state flower? And what type of crop do they have that looks a little like wheat, but isn't? Can anyone help? Thank you!

Rice! I didn't realize it would be so tall looking. I should have figured that since I know cemetaries are above ground. Thank you!

The custom of above-ground burial in New Orleans New Orleans is certainly not the only city with a high water table, but it has, at 90%, the largest percentage of above ground burials. The first formal cemetery in New Orleans, the St. Peter Street Cemetery was located in what is now the French Quarter. According to accounts of the time, all burials were in the ground. Accounts of the time also stated that when graves were dug, they frequently filled up with water, resulting in watery graves.
