The holiday season was the best for us. We were busy right down to the wire. Seems everything went off no problems. I didn't get "where is my stuff emails". I should be happy but my mood has turned grumpy..... A bidder refuses to believe the shipping charges (overseas) are correct. I sent him the link to the USPS site so he could look up the information for himself. Ok, I am done venting. Carry on.

Wait, wait! he's not done yet. Next it will be some whining about paying duty fees. I hope not for your sake but once they start whining it's usually NPB time.

I have already had that happen to me! Email from a bidder who was upset with me because the postman came to the door and wanted money!

eBay users a generally good at seeing through negative feedback comments. Let's face it, there are some genuinly mean and unreasonable people out there and sooner or later you're going to meet up with one in your auctions.

I recommend that you reply politely and calmly to the negative feedback comment by saying "Product's condition was clearly described and pictured in the auction". Be sure to return the favor by returning negative feedback to this buyer and then go about your business. No harm done!

There has to be one in every crowd. Bidder could of asked before bidding. Good to hear that you had a good season.
Hope it works out.
What I find strange is that anyone can go to the post office website and do a little research to figure out cost before bidding from anywhere in the world.

There has to be one in every weeks listing. Don't ya just love it.

I have good news about the USPS. Thursday afternoon I mailed a Priority package and the buyer received it this morning. I think that was rather quick
