Ok I know many of you have this problem. You buy only the hottest items from your supplyers then sell them for a good price. But that doesnt last long does it becouse before you know it theres like 20 other sellers selling the same item. And everybody knows what happens after that....
thats right,SAY GOODBYE TO YOUR PROFIT!And if your really haveing an unlucky day someone will start there auction at .99 cents and then your really in trouble becouse
the retail price is 69.95.Anyone have anything to add to this?

I have ran into this business challenge before. The answer is VOLUME !!!.

A few years back we were buying units for $6 in Alabama and selling them for $6 in Georgia-- the answer was that we needed a bigger truck. ROFLMAO !!!

Get in, unload, get out before the rest catch on. The key is to never hang on to anything too long.

I think the obvious answer is "don't sell something that other people can obtain easily".

A year ago there were two other sellers auctioning the same merchandise as us. We made arrangements to buy the entire batch from the supplier whenever there was a batch available...even if we didn't need it.

I just checked the other day. The other two sellers are gone from eBay.

Cutthroat? Maybe. I would have been willing to pay more for exclusive rights to the merchandise but it didn't come to that. All I had to do was pledge to buy everything they have for sale. And at this point, I just wish they had more.
