Hello,
I just opened storefront and I am figuring how it works. I launched an item into storefront but it does not show up in active listing under sales manager. It has been about an hour. Does it just take a while to show?

Also, once an item is in the storefront can it be launched to ebay or do I have to do this from inventory?

It will never show in active.
You need to go to your storefront to see it.
That is if you only launched it as a storefront item and not as an auction.

HI. If you launch it online via sales manager it won't be in active cause that is only for auctions, it will be in the "inventory" catergory instead and the quantities should be OK (x # available, and x # in the store, and 0 at auction). If you launched it via SmPro, however, it will launch to the inventory/store fine but SmPro still is not set up to sync the quantities, even if you uploaded them, so you will have to go online to inventory, click on the item and manually add the quantity in the store and any other bits that are still missing. At any rate, at the beginning it is a good idea to make a trip to your inventory online in Sales Manager after doing store launches til you know how your kinds of launch uploads come out online.
