Hello,
does anyone know if using a program to automate giving positive feedbacks to buyers who have given me a positive is against ebay rules?
Thanks

I'm not going to give you a 100% NOT, but I don't see how it is against any of Ebay's rules. I use AW to leave feedback.

It's not against the rules.

Technically it's against the "SPIRIT of feedback" to not give each one an individual thank you. But then, who cares?

I haven't typed a new feedback in years- that's what automation software is for!

The question is usually "do you give it before or after the buyer does". HOW you give the feedback doesn;t seem to come up very often.
