I just made a purchase w/Half.com, received the item. It's defective. It shipped from Tigerdirect.com, and when I called them about a return, they said to return it to Half.com.
Nowhere on the invoice is there an address or phone # except for Tigerdirect.com. But they refuse to take the item.

I emailed Half.com and get the auto reply. Does anybody have an address / phone# for Half.com? Nothing on their website -- absolutely nothing.
This is so discouraging. I don't think I'll buy from them again. This is the downside of ordering online. There's no phone no., no "face" to interactive with.

Sounds like you are getting the runaround from the seller. Half.com is like ebay, they do not sell items, they are a marketplace. Tigerdirect.com is the seller, I suggest you contact them again and ask them how you can send the item back and get a refund.

tell tiger.com you will do a chargeback if they dont take the item back and give you either a replacement or refund.

You can check seller feedback on half.com just like on ebay. I always check it before I buy at either place.
