I am trying to switch back to Vendio from CA, but since it has been two years since I used this service I have found lots of changes have been made.
I can't seem to figure out how to permanently edit my email templates here for post sale management.
I do not use checkout and I want to just build a simple little WBN notice that says here's what you owe, and here's how I accept payment.
But, I can't seem to find a screen where these changes can be made. I'm sure it is simple and this is a dumb question but it really is hard to teach on old dog new tricks and I am lost.
Help!

Thank You! Yes, that was what I was looking for and I couldn't seem to get there through the sales manager page.
