Hi All ... got this big glass bowl this morning at a garage sale ... when i asked the little old lady if she knew which glass company made it, she pointed to her little old husband and said, 'no we don't know who made it ... it belonged to his grandmother' ... this is a clear glass bowl, about 10-3/4" across with 4 lions heads and 4 lions paws 'feet' ... anyone know who may have made this long ago? ... ... had a fun garage sale-ing morning here in Ohio, thank goodness [because it's supposed to rain a heck of a lot tomorrow] ... please any input would be greatly appreciated ... this piece is unmarked as to manufacture ...

you are right about the Ohio weather today, hubby and I garage saled until the car was so stuffed it was either quit or come home to empty the car before the next one.
i even bought 6 huge bags of peanuts for a quarter each....what a day!
the best buy was for me though...a high dollar name brand leather purse for $2.00....now do I keep it or list it????

Oh rariffle!!! ... i came upon a lot of little nice purses and some had some brand names i "thought" i recognized but wasnt' sure ....... so i passed .... but it was neat a 'shopper' there said out loud, 'who is blah-blah' and homeowner said 'daughter', and the daughters orig. Soc.Sec. card and some other things were in the wallet inside ...LOL ... those were retrieved quickly and gratefully by the homeowner who had just started the process of applying for a replace SS card for her LOL ....

It's a beautiful bowl and looks to be elegant depression glass. If I find the maker I will post again. Nice find!

Here is a green one listed on ebay. Too bad it's missing one of the feet though. They identify it as Heisey glass.
